[At Your Funeral - Collab]

I slightly negative reveiw.

I'm sorry. no matter how many people worked on this, that doesnt change the fact that this animation was rushed and lacks plot. It was not only poorly animated, but it had some weird style switches. The problems I saw with this were:

a. If you arent going to move it much, please focus a bit more on the artwork.
b. If you are going to move it, please try to keep it a bit less choppy
c. You guys all together could have definantly come up with something a bit better.

.. Please don't make excuses. If this is a music video, then at least try to impress me ..

I know you guys could do better. I'm willing to help you out if you have questions.

Thanks for the constructive criticism, only thing i dont agree with was the style switches, this is a collab, what do you expect...everyone to have the same style?
Also, lacks plot?... you said yourself it is a music video, not a story.

That was great!

Star Ogre is another idiot off the web. That critique was bogus. The concept and plot of the dream was great! I loved every second of this animation. It was slick and fun to watch. The audio had no problems whatsoever. This submission was amazing. Great work!

it was a decent movie

it was well placed and the events were nicely run together, but

it ended pretty much before it began

you need to put more depth on this one. it doesn't matter if its something that is "to be continued" if you dont know what to expect.

basically, your cliffhanger was the beginning scene where there should have definantly been more. Something that would have made it a bit more interesting is showing them actually get in and beginning the conflict there. maybe even stop it there so you have something exciting to look forward to.

I'm not going to trash stick figures, but you as ana nimator should realise that if you ever want to become something, you need to learn how to draw. animation is nothing without art.

good stuff, but it wasnt that good.

I love the humor.

The animation did seem rushed, a little but the time spent on it was definantly adequite. I love the flashes into other jokes, and the joke about the flashes to other jokes. Pretty ironic.

I recommend working on more episodes like this. They dont need the same characters or anything, but it definantly was funny. Not perfect, but thats what makes it better.

nice movie

the event sound wasnt much of a problem, but a way you could fic it and clean up the scenes a lot more is by only having one scene.

this means you should take every completed scene and convert the frames into a graphic symbol. it tidys the movie up a lot more and makes it easy to edit. once youve done this, place the symbols in order on the first scene and put the music on another layer.

as for the movie. It does lack substance, yes. but the animation was nice.

I would tell you to finish it anyways, if you had more ideas for it, but if not, let it sit and work on something bigger.

good start though.
